Here we go… we are in production with “the biggest” of our ball transfer units… our “SP 90”.

Sfere portanti di grandi dimensioni modello SP-90 con sfere in acciaio e trucioli metallici.

The ball transfer unit SP 90 is made in turned steel. The housing has a diameter of 145 mm and the main ball has a diameter of 90 mm. Usually it is provided with oiled felt seal, but on request it can be assembled without it or with dry felt seal.
It is available in the version with chrome steel balls AISI 52100 as code variant A (hardened and not zink-plated) and as code variant B (hardened and zink-plated). the version with stainless steel balls AISI 420C is identified by the code C.
The ball transfer unit SP 90 can be used in different branches of activities including heavy industrial carpentry, handling of special materials, insertion in plants and machinery of different fields ranging from mechanics to paper-industry, up to food-industry, etc.
