Ball transfer units made of zinc plated pressed metal sheet

The inner cup on which the balls roll, is made of deep drawn and hardened steel metal sheet, to grant a proper load capacity.

The ball transfer units in metal sheet offer the advantage of lightness (very important aspect in some applications) and a good smoothness at lower costs.

Since they have the same dimensions of the turned versions, they are interchangeable with those.

The felt seal is not foreseen for the SP 15, SP15/25 “DV” and units with plastic balls. The other versions are provided with an oiled felt seal to reduce the presence of impurities and dirt. If required, they can be assembled without felt or with a dry felt seal.

On request, some versions can be carried out whit dirt exit hole on the bottom, to drain impurities.

The “DV” and “SC” versions are provided with holes for fixing by screws or rivets.
